a week-long food and mood diary if you can.
A food and mood diary especially can help you and Cecilia identify any patterns associated with food and habits. 

STEP 2: Initial Consult (50 min)

A thorough exploration of your personal food and nutrition history will be conducted.
We will develop an achievable and personalized diet, exercise, and grocery shopping plan.
This plan may include food and meal suggestions and long-term lifestyle adjustments,
to assist you in reaching your goals.

STEP 4: Follow-up Visits (30 min)

Depending on your needs,
clients typically work with Cecilia long-term
for better outcomes and to
integrate the latest research into
their evolving lifestyles and goals.
